VIP Hospitality

VIP Hospitality passes offer a variety of healthy options for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks. Breakfast will be served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. each day. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. Snacks and drinks will be available throughout the event. The Event Store is closed.

Food Vendors

There will be light concession options available for purchase to include drinks and snacks.

Event Merchandise

USMS partners will be on site with the latest racing gear and your favorite swim products. A wide variety of meet souvenirs and apparel items will be available at the meet. Select items were available for presale during meet entry and through the Event Store. Presale items must be picked up at the event merchandise tent during the meet.

Parking

SwimRVA has immediate parking for 400 with adjacent satellite lots with 500 spaces. Parking is complimentary.

Ground Transportation and Airport

Richmond International Airport

Richmond International Airport is a world-class airport that features 200 flights daily, with all major carriers and low-cost carriers Southwest Airlines, JetBlue and Allegiant, giving you plenty of convenient options. Richmond International Airport is located 14 miles from The Collegiate School Aquatics Center / SwimRVA. Car rental is available at the airport through brands like Enterprise, AVIS, Budget, Hertz, and Alamo as well as ride sharing services through taxi, Uber, or Lyft.

Amtrak

With three Amtrak Stations located in the Richmond Region, visitors can sit back and relax as they enjoy their trip to Richmond by rail. Amtrak stations are located just off I-95 at downtown’s historic Main Street Station, minutes from the I-95 and I-64 junction at the Staples Mill Station, and in the north end of the region in Ashland. Arrivals from the north include Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia; New York City; and Boston. Arrivals from the south include Raleigh, NC; Columbia, SC; Tampa, FL; and Orlando, FL.

Automobile

At the junction of Interstates 64 and 95, the Richmond Region is within a day’s drive of half the U.S. population, including major metropolitan areas such as New York City and Atlanta. It’s also within a two-hour drive of the Atlantic Ocean, Blue Ridge Mountains and our nation’s capital, Washington D.C.
