Member and Affiliate Club Information
Two different club types and the services/bundles offered to them

To better serve our members and clubs, and to protect our organization, we created two club types based on USMS membership requirements (this applies to workout groups as well, but we just use the word "club" to describe both structures). The base club registration fee for both types will be $75. The difference will be in the services provided for each type. See the comparison chart below.

• Member clubs require USMS membership and receive all of the services USMS offers to clubs.
• Affiliate clubs do not require USMS membership. They can purchase additional services through service bundles during club registration and while managing their club in the Club Dashboard.

Affiliate clubs were never covered by USMS general liability insurance, but we're clarifying that distinction.

Affiliate clubs will still benefit from USMS marketing that directs to Club Finder, but they won't receive direct club marketing initiatives available to member clubs. More information about the marketing service bundle offered during the 2027 registration year is at the bottom of this page.

NOTE: If you were a club that required membership in previous years, nothing is changing for you.
