Amy San Filippo founded the Mount Carmel Force Aquatics Masters Swim Team (MCF) in Columbus, Ohio in 2022. She was a USMS Level 2 Coach and an ASCA Level 3 Swim Coach. In addition to recruiting fifty-four swimmers to join the team during the first season, she also organized a USMS swim meet and encouraged several of her new swimmers to compete in it.

Amy’s swimmers considered her to be an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly consistent ambassador of the sport. They appreciated her vision to start a brand new USMS club in a facility that had never previously offered Masters Swimming.
