Steve, unsung hero of Oregon Masters Swimming for his 7- year position as Records Chair, made sure OMS swimmers received their due credit and recognition for pool swimming achievements. His communication skills, updates, and follow through after meets showed his selfless contributions to help the organization. In addition to working behind the scenes on records and updates, he also reviewed policies and budgets, then created spreadsheets that keep OMS on track with their budget. In his many years of service to Oregon Masters Swimming, Stephan was very deserving of the recognition he makes sure others get.
