John Bauman served as the Wisconsin LMSC chair for nearly 30 years and along the way became the “super volunteer” for Wisconsin Masters. If there was no volunteer for a job, John would step in and take care of the task until a replacement could be found. On the national level, John worked tirelessly for the History and Archives Committee by transforming the paper versions of pre-1993 USMS Top Ten lists and old AAU Masters and USMS National Registration files into electronic files.
