Nadine has been stepping up as a volunteer for USMS since 2001 when she first started masters swimming. She has served as the Chair, Vice Chair, and sanctions chair of Central LMSC. As the Sanctions chair, she established meet director’s checklist for the LMSC to ensure USMS rules and regulations were followed. She attended her first convention in 2002 where she signed up for the USMS Sports Medicine and Marketing Committees. Later she was voted Zone Representative for the Great Lakes. Other volunteer positions have included 2006 Gay Games, USMS BOD, various USMS marketing campaigns (National Intramural and Recreational and Sports Association), contributions to USA Swimming Sport Medicine, and other countless hours and accomplishments at the National, Zone, and LMSC levels of USMS.
