U.S. Masters Swimming Dorothy Donnelly Service Award

Walt maintained catalogued files of swimmers, times, ages remembers a bit about each swimmer and event. He has been PNA's Records Chair, and he certified the results and submits times for the USMS Top Ten after every meet. Nationally, he has been the Chair of the Records and Tabulations Committee. He was also the Top 10 Director and World Records Chair to FINA.
