In many years with USMS Kathy has been a local coach and been a part of the PNA Board, currently the safety chair. She held positions as her Zone Chair, served as a national delegate to USMS, and the USMS Rules Committee Chair. Our Rule Book is more clear, concise and usable as a reult of her work with the rules committee.
