Joan was secretary on her Pacific LMSC board for 8 years while a member of her local master board at Walnut Creek Masters. Moving on to apply her experience at the nation organization, she served on the Marketing and Planning committees. Later, Joan helped guide the organization as a Zone Representative on the USMS Board of Directors.
