Esther began her volunteer service by serving as the New England Masters club Secretary and preparer of meet results. She also served as the club’s Information Chair and on its Executive Committee. In 1996 Esther took on the LMSC Top 10 Recorder position. She also used her computer skills to create the first-ever All-Time Lists for the 1-Hour Swim Postal Swim and LMSC Top 10. In 2000 Esther began a lengthy stint as the USMS Database Administrator. She also served on the USMS Registration and History and Archive committees.
